It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of our Terms & Conditions prior to booking an appointment.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations as a client. By booking with Namaste Therapy, you are fully agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Code of Professional Ethics

During any treatment the Therapist will

·     Ensure to keep the client informed of all methods that will be employed during the session.

·     Ensure conduct of all business and professional activities with honesty and integrity.

·     Provide massage therapy services that meet or exceed the generally-accepted practice of the profession.

·     Receive prior written permission of a parent or guardian for any treatments to be provided to a client under 18 years of age.

Customer Code of Conduct

We only offer professional massage & Reiki services. If during a treatment any inappropriate or lewd conduct is suspected, the therapist will stop giving the treatment and the client will be requested to leave the site. Full payment will be due for the treatment and no refunds will be made.

Late Show/No Show

Please be aware that we need to be informed if you are unable to be punctual. Late arrival for an appointment may lead to a shorter treatment, or loss of appointment slot, with the full appointment fee will be payable by the client.

We cannot keep your appointment for any longer than 15 minutes if you are late. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for the full amount of the booked treatment.

In the event of a No Show you will be responsible for the full amount of the booked treatment.

Cancellations policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.  If the appointment is cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged for the full amount of the booked treatment.

Where an email, answer phone message, or any other notification to inform the therapist that an appointment is to be cancelled has been left, it is the Clients responsibility to confirm that the therapist has received this information.

Recovery of outstanding accounts

If we have to pursue an unpaid invoice or cancellation fee, the client will be  liable for all additional administrative and recovery costs incurred by Namaste Therapy and/or a third party debt recovery agent, in recovering payment.

An invoice letter requesting payment within 7 days will be sent and, if necessary a further letter requesting the client to resolve their unpaid account will be sent. Following this second letter, all further correspondence will incur an administration fee of £10.00 per correspondence.  Any additional recovery charges will be added to the amount to be recovered.

Gift Vouchers
We regret that we cannot offer any cash refund for gift vouchers.  Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and cannot be extended, transferred or refunded.

Client Consultation and Confidentiality

If you have any medical condition or concerns regarding your treatments please contact us in order to discuss this prior to your visit.  All personal details provided will be kept in strictest confidence.


You must be 18 years of age to receive Massage Treatment.  We have the right to ask for your ID even if you are over 18 years of age.   If you are under 18 and would like to receive Massage Treatment you must present written parent/guardian permission for Massage Treatment together with your ID.

We have the right to contact your parent /guardian to confirm permission for Massage Treatment or ask your parent/guardian to attend Massage Session together with you. Please contact us first if you are under 18 years of age and wish to receive Massage Therapy/Treatment.

Change of Terms & Conditions

Namaste Therapy reserves the right to change the content of Terms and Conditions without notice.
